Whether you are looking for a job, interested in training or some career advice, the VDAB is always at your service. The organisation wanted to prove that its employees are nice, warm-hearted people who are always there for you during its Work Week.
A TV ad and a series of posters illustrated that VDAB employees help you with anything and everything job-related. It was also a great way of inviting everyone to participate in the Work Week, a week of information sessions, job fairs and open houses. Colleagues inspired each other to pull out all the stops in an internal campaign.
