Finding a job when you’re young and inexperienced can be quite a challenge. In order to change this, the Flemish employment agency VDAB developed a series of packages to help young people gain experience.


Radio ad
It was up to us to inform young jobseekers and employers about this. We decided on a campaign with a lot of swag, featuring radio ads with hip-hop legends Safi & Spreey and Diamantairs, the kick-ass campaign website ervaringwerkt.be and a series of posters and brochures.

The campaign was simply awesome. The Diamantairs clip was viewed 101,000 times (no click farms were involved) and the VRT welcomed a whopping 25 trainees in one fell swoop at its Biggest Labour Day. An initiative that was also discussed on radio and TV in De Ideale Wereld, Hautekiet, StuBru, Q-Music, MNM and Radio 2.
