A bit about Joris

Joris Mateusen started working as a strategic planner for Slangen & Partners about 15 years ago. He then switched to media. Together with Sven Ornelis, he spent three years doing creative and strategic work for production companies and broadcasters. After spending a year working as a producer for VTM’s news department, he joined Groep C & Slangen as senior communication consultant. In April 2006, he became a partner at Absoluut. Joris develops the strategy for brands and campaigns.

He has already advised Radio 1, VDAB, de Vlaamse Huisvestingsmaatschappij, Oxfam, Zenito, the Provinces of West Flanders and Flemish Brabant, Groep T, VRT, Infrax, Aquafin, Agoria, Maasmechelen Village, UNIZO, BBL, DNS.be, etc. He has also organised countless media training courses and other communication training programmes.
